Making a positive change

My goal is to help you deal with the issues or problems you might be having. Working together, we can make a positive change in your life.

What is counselling?

Counselling is a talking therapy; your space to talk about how you feel. As a Counsellor, I am here to listen and help you make sense of it all and help you find your answers to your issues or problems. You will have a safe space to be yourself, a place without judgment, where you can talk, cry, shout or just think.

In counselling, I can help you to see things in a different way. Your voice is valued and important as you are the expert in your own life, and you know your journey. I will help to guide you and facilitate your needs to help you feel better.

Poor mental health can affect people of all ages and in many different ways such as your thinking, feeling and behaviour. This can lead to physical and mental pain.
